We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly and may include certain disclosures through analytics or advertising technologies. Where those laws apply, you may contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information belonging to individuals under 18 years of age.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing licenses and support, maintaining transaction and tax records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with law.
